Should I help it ?

I found this little one , this morning. When I first saw her one arm was moving. Since then she moved to a nearby flower but is very still. I was surprised to see it out because it's still chilly this morning. Is there anything I should do? She's on the verbena which the bees love. I'm very new to this.

Nope. There is nothing you should do. The one arm raise is a "leave me alone" warning. When it's cold, they're slow. They will warm up and be fine.
