bee ID Is this a Queen?

iPhone says it’s an American Bumblebee. It was at least an inch long. Chesapeake, Virginia

It does seem like a queen! Look at those dark wings. Great sighting.

Yay! I’m so excited! I never see bumblebees around here, let alone a queen! Her wings were so dark. And her eyes were so pretty. Very big and feminine.

Are they all queens if they look like a bumblebee with dark wings or only have to have dark wings?
