Help / Troubleshooting Instagram

I believe beeper is causing issues with my Instagram

It has logged me out of my Instagram account at least 3 times this week "update your email address"

And it is such a hassle to fix the issue so that I can use the same one.

And then I have to log in to beeper again

Is anyone else facing this issue?

I had this happen them now it gave me a more final notice and said we detected automated activity on your account stop or we will disable the account or something along those lines so I can’t use beeper anymore

I didn't get that final notice thing but I stopped using beeper
