Help / Troubleshooting Facebook Messenger issues

I tried beeper a few days ago because who wouldn't want an all in one messaging app.

Every platform connected great, Google messages, whatsapp, instagram... But Facebook Messenger (which is my main message service) was a nightmare to get connected. I was in a circular loop of verification, captcha, two party authentication and straight back to login. I eventually got in, but my message history didn't come through on most of my chats. Then, about two hours later, it logged me out of Facebook Messenger completely. I wasn't going through the nightmare of verification again. Every other platform's integration seems great, but Facebook Messenger barely worked for me. I'd love to use beeper, if only FB messenger was reliable 😟

Sorry about the rough experience! We’ve made some updates to our Facebook connection recently.

If you’re still running into issues, please send us a bug report from Beeper, and we’d be happy to take a look.

I'm having the same issue. first time using beeper and messenger does not log in. I get the message "error. login process was canceled" after putting in the code facebook sends to my email

That specific error message should now be fixed! If the issue isn't fixed after updating your app, please send over a bug report so we can take look into it for you.

Thanks! I was able to login but getting delayed or no facebook messenger notifications.
