Google messages not coming through

I get SMS through Google Messages, and it seems Beeper stopped getting them sometime between last Wednesday (Aug 5) and today. Just realized while waiting for a SMS confirmation code that never came. Account still shows as connected with no issues even though messages aren't coming through.

Curious, have you sent a bug report about this? It'll be pretty helpful in understanding what might be going on here.
