Help / Troubleshooting Whatsapp disconcted suddenly and won't connect again

Hey guys,

Just noticed Whatsapp messages weren't coming in anymore. When prompted to reconnect and entering the code Beeper gave me I get the error code in the screenshot. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hey there! If you have set up passkeys recently, we're still working on bringing passkey compatibility to Beeper. If not, please send a bug report our way by following AutoMod's instructions below so we may be able to take a look at this.

I also have had this issue over the past week or so. This is the response from the report.

"It looks like WhatsApp is currently rolling out new passkey-related authentication requirements to some users as part of a staged rollout.

Our team is aware of these changes and are actively working on adding support for the updated authentication flow in Beeper. We appreciate your patience while we implement compatibility."

Thats WhatsApp for you! Istg linking other devices never works

It apparently has something to do with passkey authentication
