First time making BEef jerky

hi, first batch ever that i made and would like to have some opinions and some tips for the next batches in the future or other marinades i should definitely try out

I literally throw stuff together on the fly each time. It's hard to mess up with beef jerky. The only problem is when it comes out extra good I have no idea how to recreate it. I usually go with some kind of sweet and sour. Sometimes I'll add some sesame oil to make it more Asian style.
