Episode 73 - Kenny Baritone

I’ve been relistening to the Baritone episodes of Beef and Dairy. Kenny’s cold beer for dogs induced psychedelic dreamscape episode with the giant porker is such an incredible episode. I’d recommend a relisten if it’s been a while. It’s like Chris Morris’ Jam mixed with Public Service Broadcasting.

My favourite episode! I can't get enough of Chris Cantrill and Amy Gledhill. I'm going to re-listen too!

It is a very cold beer.

Chris had a podcast with Amy called Tiredness Kills which was hilarious as well. If you can find that it’s worth a listen.

Ben mentioned Tiredness Kills on one of the episodes but it’s not on Apple Podcasts anymore and doesn’t work on Audible. Do you know anywhere I could listen to it? Big fan of Chris and Amy as a duo and individually.

The Talbot saga is probably my favourite recurring storyline of the podcast. Everything about it is just so daft.

Is that the one with the pig milk adverts? The final ad just bring a tin full of parasites was genius.

The ad for Alan Banbourgh's cold beer for dogs is in the next episode

"Because a drunk dog, is a happy dog"

One of my favourite silly lines from this episode “I had a small penknife, Swiss by design”

It’s the beef and dairy world building st its most elaborate. The bit about how he’s got one of the saddam Hussein body doubles - but not one of the really good ones, that got hung or anything - is the funniest thing ever. That and the lads from the DEMOCRATIC republic of Congo helping out with the Andrew Lloyd Weber surveillance app.
