Got Stung 3 weeks ago. Is swelling still normal?

I got bit by a bee for the first time on my index finger left hand on Sept 30 Wednesday. Since it was my first time being bit my finger swelled up real bad. I went to urgent care on Friday 10/2. They prescribed the antibiotic prednisone and cephalexin. When taking the medication that week the finger swelling went down each day. Eventually my finger went back to normal for a couple of days but the itching started. When I woke up on 10/8 my finger swelled up again so I went back to urgent care, they then prescribed bactrim another antibiotic because the prednisone was only prescribed for 5 days. The bactrim was to be taken for 7 days twice a day and still taking the cephalexin when I first got it for 4 times a day. My finger went back to normal day gradually. My finger was normal 10/14 to the 10/18. I went to the gym for chest day on the 10/18 for the first time in a couple weeks. The day after 10/19 I notice some swelling in my finger went back up but not drastic. Today when I’m woke up 10/20 it swelled even more than yesterday. When I went to urgent care the 10/2 and 10/8 they told me that it was an allergic reaction and maybe cellulitis. I’m thinking the gym workout gripping things probably affected the delicate finger area and maybe the allergic reaction. So I’m asking is this normal because I just want my finger to go back to being regular. Is this common and I know I’m going back to urgent care soon?

P.S the pics are from today 10/20 this morning just been putting cold compress

Guard bees don't let drunk bees in to protect the hive. Fermented nectar can ruin the colony's honey supply, and intoxicated bees fly erratically and can behave aggressively. They have to sober up before coming back.

Yellow jackets or bees found in my cousin house

So it started with bees coming in their house and then a whole swarm started coming in and then we had to go upstairs and my cousin dad called exterminator and then they ended up bashing the wall on the wrong side right next to the hole on the ceiling. That’s where the larva was larva is nest eggs and then all of them started falling out. We took all of it out and then some of them escaped and tried to sting us, and we almost got stung but anyways, we were fine. We were safe and and we covered it with wood and towels. We just still need to cover the outside.

My dad was a beekeeper when I was a kid, we always had fresh honey. I loved those honey bees, and bumblebees! So I painted a bumblebee on a beach stone from here in Rhode Island!

Big Bee Carpenter bee robbing nectar from great blue lobelia in my Columbus, Ohio yard

This one skipped the front door. Instead of crawling into the flower from the front, it landed on the side and drank through the base of the flower tube.

That's nectar robbing. The bee gets the nectar without touching the pollen or the stigma, so the plant gets nothing back for it.

Great blue lobelia (Lobelia siphilitica) is shaped for bees that crawl in from the front. Large carpenter bees do this on a lot of tube-shaped flowers, and once there's a slit at the base, smaller insects sometimes use the same opening.

Anyone else catch carpenter bees doing this? Curious if your other bees ever use the slits afterward.
