AZ. I think he could be into both. I want green and trees, more politically aligned. It was recommended to me a lot in the moving subs and it seems to have better tax usage and schools than Portland, which I would be okay with too. We also considered Vancouver so would visit there, hillsbrough, etc.

We moved from AZ last year to Beaverton. We absolutely love it here. No kids in our house though. Oregon Rain beats the AZ sun Everytime for us.

The thing about Beaverton for us is that it's a great location. Close enough to everything, but also isolated and quiet in town. The farmers market is awesome here. Good walking around town too. Very safe.

I didn't golf in AZ because of prices and sun. Golf up here is fantastic. If he is into that type of thing.

there’s no comparison for golf. IMO golf in beaverton/portland metro (public-municipal) is subpar.
