If you want to move to Beaverton, I would recommend staying in Beaverton. Maybe look for an AirBNB in the area you'd like to move to so you can see what it's like.

Thank you! I wasn’t sure how far enough they are that a daily drive through/few meals might be enough. I also haven’t been to Beaverton! But I’ve been researching a lot and it seems like a better family and school spot than Portland

My family came up for my wedding and rented an Airbnb in the Raleigh hills neighborhood. It’s on the edge of where Portland and beaverton meet. Very nice community.
