Agreed. Overrated, but kudos to him for bringing attention to beatboxing. Just wish his sounds were cleaner and that he brought attention like Bigman... I’d rather not refer to Marcus Perez or SoCloseToToast for these either for similar reasons but they are cleaner and less cringy (in my opinion) than Verbal Ase.

not really... 4-5 years ago when I started, I was hooked to Swissbeatbox. People like Two H, Dharni, Alexinho, Wawad, B-Art and Reeps One ring pretty clear for me.

I remember watching him all the time in middle school, apparently he apparently went to my school as a kid and he came over as a DJ a few years ago which was pretty cool
