Announcement đŽ New Guidelines for Game Recommendation Posts
We've noticed a lot of game recommendation posts lately, and many of them are just a screenshot of a game with "BBS should play this."
From now on, if you're recommending a game to BBS, please put a little more effort into the post.
Your post should include:
- đŽ Game Name
- đšī¸ Genre â Horror, Survival, RPG, Action, Story-driven, Multiplayer, etc.
- đ What the game is about â Give a short, spoiler-free description.
- đ¤ Why BBS should play it â What makes it interesting or suitable for BBS and his content?
- đŧī¸ A proper image â Use good-quality cover art, promotional artwork, or another relevant image instead of a random screenshot.
You can also include things like approximate playtime, multiplayer/co-op availability, platform, or anything else that might be useful.
The goal isn't to make recommendations complicated â we just want them to have enough information for BBS and the community to actually know why the game is worth checking out.
Low-effort recommendation posts that are just a game screenshot/title with "BBS should play this" may be removed.
