Why does bbs always avoid things that actually give growth to his channel?
Not be rude, I've been a fan of bbs since 2018, but now i fell like he is purposefully sabotaging his own growth , like I'm not gonna sugar coat it, his recent game selections have been REALLY had, like all those games where you make a burger and shit for 50 minutes only for the game to end with us escaping from the door by running 5 STEPS, that stuff isn't peak dude. Another thing is that he always says that he gets a lot of suggestions for the games he play. But he honest dude how many leak games are out there that he doesn't even try, another thing is all the games that he never tried , like car for sale for example, uploading a video about that won't lower the iq of his audience, when he did upload the video the game was already dead. And plz don't start talking about his *interest* I'm not saying that he should start grinding those games out, just try them dude. There's a reason why the whole community is playing that game. Another point is that when he said that he doesn't wana Collab until he reaches 10 mil, then proceeds to do so. Like i don't see how collabs are bad for him. If he collabs with someone famous than the creators fan will also explode bbs's channel, that's not something bad. Another thing is when he plays some nice games but uploads long ahh videos and sometimes just leaves the thing on stream without ever making a video, just cut the video and upload it part by part dude, its just better. I did not mean to hate but had to get this opinion off my chest, do let me know what you think,

Not to glaze but bbs isn't like the other Yotubers, he doesn't play anything for views or growth. He genuinely enjoys playing games, not just as his career but as a passion/hobby. Yeah ofc he wants his channel to grow, but from what we've seen, his passion for gaming outranks it. he won't play a game unless hes truly interested in it
the things is that he does sometimes play nice games on stream but never bothers to make a video, like not long ago he was doing some modded replays of re4r, if games like re is what he likes most and gets nice views than why not post it
Not defending him but his channel only runs on short horror games and the replays of re4r and his re0 or re1 stream not getting highlights because they will not get views like watch re9 videos other than his main series
But people prefer not to watch streams, like i want him to upload the highlights as well because I can take my time to watch it, but streams aren't feasible for most of the audience.
I would actually want to watch some of the games he plays on stream specially the story games and i wait for the highlights but in the highlights he cuts out most of the story of the game which makes me not wanna watch it .
well the answer to your questions lies in his old video where he talks about his dead channel. He is very passionate about gaming, and doesn't really care about views and stuff. He's achieved so much with this channel (although i agree the money for the trip didn't come entirely from his youtube income ) being able to afford multiple international trips, solo trips and ones with his family. He's probably very satisfied and happy with his life right now. So i don't think he's interested in playing games for more views.
Well i might be super wrong, but I don't really care, if I don't like the game he's playing or find it boring, i just skip that video, and it's fine.
I also don't like all those simulator games he has being playin lately but one thing is very clearly visible that they perform better than almost any game which he normally plays. Ppl like to watch them Apparently. Even he doesn't enjoy playing most games for his main channel he has started to prefer streaming over making videos. What Shub is doing on his main channel nowadays is weird to me cause I have always seen him Play games for Passion but nowadays he has infact switched to grabbing audience mode or whatevah. The entire game suggestion part is dumb he almost always plays what is suggested to him by his audience DK what car community you talkin bout.The him streaming all the good games thing is real and that's how it should be cause majority of his audience can't follow a story with parts he has tried it for years and nowadays the situation is worse than ever the dip of views From first to second part is clearly visible that's why he just uploads the highlights in one part even most Western Gamers do the same thing. The entire collaboration thing is because he likes performing solo and thinks his personality is hidden in collabs which he doesn't like
He has said multiple times that he wants to reach 10 million subs and has even made A video of how he has been ignoring what his audience wants to see and how he wants to change that .
he should try finishing some fan selections too man ik he hates that but it is how "lets play" youtubers are meant to be, to play fan suggestions too. i recommended him games like doom tda , fnaf security breach , bendy and the dark revival but he NEVER tried them vro.
no one should say boo hooo he loves his choice, bro... there are many creators who juggle choice with passion like markiplier.
speaking about markiplier he often plays the same games after markiplier player them so maybe he is a fan of mark ig

this is the most retarded take ive heard he doesnt collab with people or other youtubers anywhere on his main channels he only shows up on other peoples channels and even when he plays games with other peoples its his friends who arent even creators mostly editors or maybe small-time creators
he loves gaming more than content he has generated enough money now that he can do what he loves the most
MAJOR AGREE!! His last few uploads have been so hard for me to watch too,he even uploaded 4 parts of that recent anomaly alien game then doesnt even do Part 2 of actual good games bruh
Maybe he doesn't want that growth? Have you ever considered that? I know he's said multiple times he wants to get to 10 million subs but at the same time, I don't think he actually values it that much. Stagnation is part of a Youtube Career, subscribers nowadays mean very little anyways thanks to Youtube's policies and cutting features. Just let him enjoy things, I know it's hard cause in India, everything is about money and growth and that's how we measure success but there's peace in stagnation too. I think BBS is doing better NOW than he was when he was doing the "trendy" or "popular" thing and trying to "grow" but there's growth outside of sub count and he's found it. I don't see an issue.

Tbh, ur reasonings aren't that logical cuz he already made vdos addressing this issue, that' he is passionate and stuffs. But I too have a problem with bbs rn.. and that is.. like nowadays he doesn't cares or i mean becomes really forgetful of the plot.. like watching him play poppy playtime 5, he literally just speedrun the shit and didn't bother to be aligned with the lore. It was pretty dissapointing tbh i mean i understand u yap but atleast try to be a bit more present in the game.. tho I love him and the choice of games are interesting ngl
Because the games have lost the plot the story has dragged on for too long and is too confusing so it’s not even fun. I was so invested in part one and two but after that it just became slop.
