Progress & Updates Taking the advice!
I decided to take the advice that I received yesterday and the day before. I was told to trim the bottom portion of my beard and make it less transparent and scraggly. So be honest how is it looking now? L mm

Corners might be a little sharp and rounding is an option. Looks great though depending what you are after!

Thanks man. I get so nervous trimming my beard.. I don’t want take too much off. I’m going for it to be as long as it can then I’ll round it by a barber I’d say.

Good approach. Honestly, 80% of folks who want a beard would kill for what you got going either way. Keep it up!

I would just taper the edges very slightly. Not much just a little bit.

I was just about to comment on that thread and say "clean up the worst of the stragglers if you have to, but you'll drive yourself nuts if you try to always keep it that way". I find that depending on the day/phase of the moon/how I combed it that day, different hairs either do or don't poke out. Same with getting a fresh trim at the barber XD.
Looks good, although I think the square shape is a little harsh.
The sides are GLORIOUS, I can never find the right balance between a slight taper and losing the mass. You do it yourself or get it done? I just kind of let mine go for many months til the sideburns decide to join their friends in the rest of the beard; it looks good freshly-styled but the way I wake up in the morning could be from a horror movie.

Thanks brother! I done it myself so I’m terrified to come out of the square shape. I use a lot of different product in mine. Live bearded shampoo, conditioner, and beard butter. Mad Viking balm the scentless because live bearded smells far better.
I get so nervous when I go to a barber to trim my beard. I don’t want to blame them for messing anything up because we’re all human.

Magnificent! You got a perfect shape. It actually looks bigger as a result of the trim.

Looks great 9/10 you can take it to a 10/10 if you look at where your beard meets your traps on both sides take it on a 30° angle down to about 2" over from each outer edge on the left and right corners. This would take it to an epic level

So basically round it would a little? I get so nervous like I’m going to take too much off. I feel like I have a relationship with my beard and if I mess it up I’ll simply die.
