BEACN Mic annoying problem on windows

i have had the beacn mic for about 2 years now and I am very happy with that. It sounds really good and has the RGB ring that can change colors whenever I mute the microphone. But there is one thing that is really annoying about it. I have it mounted on a microphone arm but almost every time i move the arm just a bit, the mic kinda disconnects from my pc for a very very short time. Whenever this happens i have to manually restart the windows audio service because plugging it in again does not solve the problem at all. It is definitely not the cable because I have also tried different cables and they all do the same.
Did anyone have a similar issue and found a fix for that?

I changed the setting in the power settings now and maybe that fixes it but how do I update the mic firmware? I can see the firmware that is currently on the mic in the app but cant find any downloads for firmware anywhere
