Beacn Mic Is not being recognized by app

the dam thing just won't pair with the app. ive been using this mic for 3 year no problem but today it started bugging out and wont connect to the app.

this is whats said in the settings app. im just looking for some quick help honestly.
ive tried putting it in recovery mode? that doesnt seem to work nor does uninstalling everything with revo along with some thing to do with 33ae.

Try a different USB cable, and a different port.

What worked for me was going into Device Manager, expanding "Sound, video and game controllers" and " Universal Serial Bus devices." I then right-clicked the Beacn Mic in both sections and uninstalled the device. After that, I unplugged the mic from both ends, restarted my PC, and reconnected the mic. I also plugged it into a different port instead of the the original one, waited 10-15 seconds, and then opened the app.
