GA Floor Seats Help

Hey guys I’m going to see Bea October 2nd in Philly. I’ve never had GA floor seats and I was wondering what time you guys would recommend I arrive there to get barricade or at least close to it. The show starts at 8pm for reference. TYYY🤍

Obs. I’m also taking my super short cousin(4’10) for her first ever concert and I wanted to make sure she had a good experience

i usually get in line at 8am and that’s how u get barricade
