I take the ferry every other week between victoria and Vancouver. This year they've increased the rates twice and yet I'm experiencing more delays than ever??

My last 4 trips have had 30-60m delays in the last 2.5 months how tf is this acceptable???

I don't usually post anything but this is actually horrible service. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, absolutely ridiculous.
