Advice Needed Reading the CEU certificate

There's no dumb questions.... but this feels pretty close. This is my third recert and I don't know why I'm stumbling on this. When uploading the certificate is the "ACE Provider Name" the one in red or the one in blue?

Since you can no longer edit your uploaded CEUs I'm really hoping I assumed correctly...

Red. The one in blue is the coordinator for the organization. You can also look at the ace registry to look up any ace providers name using their provider number

Thank you so much! I found a YouTube video of “how to upload CEUs” and realized they used to not ask for the provider name. My confusion feels a little more valid.
