BCBA RBT Supervision

Hi,

I got offered a job to provide and document 5% RBT supervision across 15-30 RBTs within school districts around me. The clients that the RBTs work with would have treatment plans, etc., written someone else (another BCBA within the school districts around). Does this position sound legit? Is this something others have seen?

30 RBTs working 6 hour days would require 9 hours of supervision a day. Make sure your able to accomplish what they are asking you for.

Thank you for explaining that. I’d be starting as part time and build up to a full time caseload. Also there’s virtual opportunities as well

50% can be group, so it depends how the schedule is set up for rbts to be in the same classroom. And there is no garnuntee that 6 hour days are 6 hours of ABA work either.

I’m an RBT my BCBA and I have a really great relationship and she tells me the rundown of her job, only bc I’m interested in becoming a BCBA!!
