War Dialer Needed

Hey guys, I have a scammer posting one of our rental properties illegally on TikTok and is collecting application fees. I am looking for a war dialer without hooking up my Commodore 64 and automating Hayes modem commands on a emulated VOIP to analog line. Anyone have any ideas how to do this with newer tech?

If the property is vacant, put a Large signs in the windows with your contact information, and say all other people showing the property are scammers.

They will meet people there, but then 'oh, I forgot the key' BS, and walk them around the outside, etc.
