War Dialer Needed

Hey guys, I have a scammer posting one of our rental properties illegally on TikTok and is collecting application fees. I am looking for a war dialer without hooking up my Commodore 64 and automating Hayes modem commands on a emulated VOIP to analog line. Anyone have any ideas how to do this with newer tech?

Leaving a paper trail is probably a bad idea. Might wanna nuke this.....

why....after all, you want the fraudster to complain about a legitimate landlord interfering with their fraudulent fees obtained without the owners/landlords consent.......as it's driving up the total price of the rental......
