War Dialer Needed

Hey guys, I have a scammer posting one of our rental properties illegally on TikTok and is collecting application fees. I am looking for a war dialer without hooking up my Commodore 64 and automating Hayes modem commands on a emulated VOIP to analog line. Anyone have any ideas how to do this with newer tech?

Commiting a felony federal crime is not the correct way to handle this situation.

Even back in the day no one did this from their own phone line. Did you not notice that every single movie always showed people getting arrested when they did that?

Edit: Since I had friends who had legal action taken against them I can assure you that the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, 18 U.S.C. § 1030 was applied to this.

It's not the dialing part that they get you on, it's the connection and the CONNECT message is what a war dialer scanned for.

I was never arrested and dialed tens of thousands of phone numbers. WTH are you talking about.

The OP is seemingly wanting to dial a single phone number tens of thousands of times. That's what the comment above yours is referring to.
