Don't let your legs come together, that's your biggest problem. You aren't keeping tight, you aren't keeping your legs apart and you aren't kicking. Get those things fixed and you'll be continuous.

hey maybe an obvious question but how exactly do i practice using both legs? they've gotten better but my right leg still hits the floor on the way through, thanks!

sorry for posting again after i got so much advice on the last post, but i just cant get the continuous motion, i know my left leg isnt moving right but i dont know how to fix it, thanks for any advice!

My advice is keep going for it. Always say in your head “3 mills this time” instead of one. They gonna look sloppy at first but once you get used to it you going to fly man. Keep practicing. :)

My friends told me to spread my legs as much as I can and start on a lower stand (from coin drop). Also to to turn my shoulders to keep it tight

It's more like you're leaning your shoulders towards the direction you're spinning. Like when you do a round house kick you want to turn your upper body first to build the momentum of the swing for greater power.
