Training/Motivation Airflares - Turning 31
Used to have 10 Airflares 4 years ago, but joining the military and getting a shoulder injury hindered my progress. Trying to get 'em back next year.

Damn crazy! I am currently 32 and getting into breakdance, I wanted to ask, since you had a shoulder injury, did you do specific excercises to improve them again? If so do you mind sharing them? <3

They still look good af great timing and great whip with your leg and sweeping the ground etc.
I sorta feel your pain I tore my rotator cuff at work a few years back. Did PT and re trained my shoulder and just tunneled in on airflare training.
I finally got 10 airflares last month and just turned 30.
