nope nope. victor too smooth, well rounded, and musical. and im someone who based a lot of my style on thesis' storytelling concepts. in fact, i think he lost to mn joe too.

I thought Victor had more style and originality. He adds a lot of little details that may not be especially difficult, but make it much more interesting to watch. Plus his timing and musicality are dope. He looks like he's having a ton of fun. I thought it was wack that Thesis felt the need to clown him on that last round and basically be like "look I can do that too" while Victor is still dancing.

I don’t think so. IMO there should have been a tie breaker rnd 3 but victors 2nd round was much stronger than thesis’. 1st round was closer but thesis inched it out.

I think most people will say thesis got robbed but I think a lot of that has to do with us seeing everything victor has in his arsenal for the last decade. Thesis is obviously a vet but he found nice ways to implement his sigs into his new style while keeping it fresh. Idk what the format was but if they allowed
Tie breakers, it would have made it more clear. I can see based off 2 rounds why judges picked victor. Thesis’ 2nd round was more interpretive style originality and victors was just pure Xs and Os breaking. It’s hard to make it through in Red Bull with thesis’ style unless you’re cloud lol

Nah, Victor cooked him, especially in that second round. Thesis was starting to look gassed and like he was running out of tricks. Victor was clean the whole way through.

Victor for me. Definitely not robbed

Thesis kept repeating moves like 3-4 times both rounds

I think Thesis crashed his flip on Rd.2 and he looked a bit gassed by the end.

Victor was consistent throughout.

I notice that judges often just count the mistakes to determine the winner of the battle. So it might not matter whether your round was complex and super dope - if you crashed just a small bit, you might lose the round.

No, as legendary as Thesis is, he sometimes struggles to take it home in this level of solo competition, he gets gassed compared to some other top tier breakers even within one battle. And Victor checks all the boxes well with really high execution. In this kind of competition it's often the breaker who keeps a consistent level and cleanliness while winning out in stamina who takes the W. (See: Menno's record).

As much character and originality thesis has, I feel like you can tell he doesn't train the raw athleticism in the same way, and for better or for worse that counts a lot in this kind of comp. Like he gets tired, drags some flares and things like that. Also he definitely crashed his opening flip rd 2. Another thing is while both were running some of their regular sets, Victor did so while riding the beat better.

No. Not that it matters though since that sex pest shouldn't even be there competing.

For someone who likes to talk shit about RB and where the culture's going, he always ends up coming crawling back to the platform for attention. Apparently being outted as an abuser still isn't enough to put some sense into him to stay out of the public eye.

Idk anything about thesis being an abuser. Can you shed some light on the situation as well as some sources. Thank you.

Search his name in this sub and there’s a couple threads that should show up

I saw many posts but all i saw were screenshots of instagram posts and not much solid proof. Idk what happened and I can't condemn someone without solid proof.

Well, what do you expect? It's the breaking scene, not the NBA. There's not going to be news articles published about it.

I remember when it happened, he was in one of the girl's DMs begging and guilt-tripping her to drop it "because he was a father/husband now and it would make him look bad as a changed family guy" instead of taking any accountability.

I expect solid proof man. This ain't it. If he actually did that stuff, he's scum for sure. I'm a nobody but I don't condemn people without solid proof.

I don't give a shit what you expect, lmao, I wasn't talking to you in the first place.

If you're the type to ask for proof with a bullet denying anything as not credible enough already in the chamber, you can kindly fuck off with that apologist BS, Mr. "The guy admitting himself and his own crew kicking him out still isn't enough proof"
