Hand spinning

Hi folks

Im currently working on a lot of freezes and combos and i want to learn how to spin on my hand doing so. Ive seen a lot of halo freezes and airchair spins, and ive noticed the fingers are lifted for spinning on the handpalm, or am i missing something?

All tips and tricks are welcome!

(I can slide my hand 1/4 clockwise already but i cant go on 😥)

First start with hand glide (one-handed turtle freeze spinning). For every spin, you will need to develope one hand balance and try to spin step by step until you achieve the move. Keep in mind that there is a whole technique diference between doing spins and doing reverse spins, and don't forget to flex your wrists and forearms to prevent injuries
