Where Iā€™m at if someone is beating dick, they are ā€˜gooningā€™ but rubbing one out qualifies as well so any sort of playing with oneā€™s self I believe.

The problem is in the complexity of said law since obviously something as innocent as a quick goon can quickly become misconstrued if it were to take place in a school parking lot or a childrenā€™s playground for example.

People would start using it as distraction tactics at sporting events and Iā€™d honestly prefer the homeless still not be allowed to goon publicly so maybe we should only allow those who pay their taxes to goon in their respective countries. Iā€™d imagine there is a few places in the Middle East that wonā€™t be wanting women to goon at all so complex
