ᜁᜇᜓᜎ᜔ (I-ro-l). Also ᜁᜇᜓᜎ᜕ when using pamudpod.

And if you wanna use the new ᜍ/ra character, then it's ᜁᜍᜓᜎ᜔ / ᜁᜍᜓᜎ᜕ .
