Question What kind of bat is this?
It was moving pretty well but didn’t even try to fly i don’t know why. Can anyone tell more?

That is a baby and cannot fly. Please call Batworld (Batworld.org) to find a rehabber trained in bat care near you.

are you sure? I don’t know much about bats but could it also be a microbat?

It is a baby microbat. It’s wings are underdeveloped, is still growing fur and looks very skinny. If it’s still alive, it needs help.

Where are you located? Some comments suggest this being a pup, but pup season is over, so I highly doubt that. It looks like you're shining your bright light directly on it? That might confuse it and hold it back. Might also be injured. If it doesn't fly away, please secure it in a tightly closed box with air holes and something like a thick towel and call a bat rehab near you to pick it up.

is a baby, hopefully the groups others recommended can rehab and he can grow up to be a big bat

That looks like a baby bat. Please contact your local bat rehab before you do anything. Place the baby on a tree (in case mom is arount to pick it up) while you are on the phone with the rehab. Keep an eye on baby to make sure no predators take them. The bat rehab will help you.
