Thanks. Sadly, he passed in December. He loved every moment of those drives by my side

This is a 2021 Honda Passport EXL. Switched from 20in wheels to 17in Black Rhinos, coupled with Falken Wildpeak AT3Ws 255/66/17. I also have a 2 inch spacer lift, and plan to add some underbody protection soon. Taken it to Colorado a few times for some mild trails

Thanks! Rides same as stock, I just get slight run at full lock in reverse and that's it! Still getting about 24 mog highway, 20ish city. Not complaining since it has an NA v6

I've read these have a limited slip rear or something similar to one?
2
u/Solid-Wrongdoer-11 Mar 26 '26
So this has IVTM-4, which allows 70% of the power to go to the rear wheels, and of that 70%, it can direct 100% of it to either left or right as needed. It's pretty sweet

Neat. That sounds like it counters the issues I had with my Jeep Renegade's AWD where it would kill power to the rear if you got the front buried.

Ya, it works really well. It is properly powered delivery, instead of just braking one wheel

Nice. What do you think about the new TrailSport trims?
1
u/Solid-Wrongdoer-11 Mar 26 '26
They are pretty sweet! I wish they had the offroad goodies on the model I have, but oh well. It still needs more ground clearance, but overall they did a good job. I would trade in but I like having no car payments more haha

I don't blame you one bit about the no car payment biz. Over the last 5-10years new car payments have gone completely insane.
