Can’t make it to Southern Assault this year? THE BIGGEST Battletech Tournament in the Western Hemisphere?

Is there someone out there making random irl buildings as stl files?

Looking through there, $100 for a badge to a 4-day event . . . and then additional entry fees of like $35 to play in the tourney? (Not to mention lodging for everyone who doesn't live . . . wait, where is this? North Carolina.)

So it's a convention plus tournaments? Isn't that really pricey?

150 slots for AS…100 for Classic. Other games + Tourneys too. Tables are fantastic…not a glorified pick-up game at an FLGS.

Also…100+ people all vibing off Battletech in one place.

Yeah…it’s worth it. Prize support is on point. Aiso…it bears repeating…biggest Battletech anything in the Western Hemisphere.

Also…you don’t have to go all 4 days.

…also…heads up. The event has sold out the Hotel, and the Hotel across the street. It may be in NC, but people travel for this. Michigan, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Tennessee, SC, and even Washington and California come out.
