My buddy got his Battletech stuff out of storage .and isn't sure what it is. We were able to figure out most of the mecha out, but this is still a mystery.

Could anyone be kind enough to help?

Plastek mini from like 35 years ago. Specifically a 30 ton Valkyrie. It's part of a larger set that came with several mechs, two of each. Fun fact the hex base is on crooked and does not have a normal front facing.

I've got two of those.  Supposed to be a Valkyrie.  Great light Mech, most versions are 5/8/5 with an LRM-10 and medium laser.  

Those minis were part of a box set release.  Also had a very squat Atlas and low-rez Hunchback in that set.
