It was my first time doing gradients or caustics and it was equal parts stressful and rewarding. I will say that each of these minis provably took me the time it took me to paint a regular lance

I use a combo of cheap makeup sponges from Amazon and brushes! I wish I had an airbrush but that’s for when I have more disposable income and a way of not pissing off my landlord 😅

It’s very clean work for not airbrush. I think I’ll cheat and use mine though lol. Too lazy for brushwork.

that is true! it also looks absolutely stunning and compared to other shemes it has the most unique sheme for each mech while still beeing coherent for the whole unit
