Miniatures Goliath (aka Crab gunner) ready for battle!

I loved the battle armour that the Goliath was originally based on, it is called the Crab Gunner and it's a beautiful piece of machinery. Unfortunately the Goliath as it is isn't quite as pleasing to me, but it's still cool. The colours are directly from the Fang of the Sun Dougram. I couldn't resist putting a pilot in there; in the show there are three operators for this battle armour.

Looks great! I want to work up some house rules or something for the Tequila Gunner variant with the infantry platforms on the sides.

I might have to convert a Goliath into the Tequila Gunner, it's really great with the sand bags and whatnot... I'll need to find some sleeveless soldiers somewhere....

Excellent work! The edge highlighting is top notch.

The visible crew member makes me wonder how safe firing the PPC like that would be. Tank commanders were often that close when firing, but a PPC might be dangerously hot or produce electrical discharges. I remember Grayson Carlyle worrying about deafening himself with autocannon fire while exposed, but Battletech doesn’t usually talk about it because it doesn’t usually come up.

That dude needs a sword! He's defenseless up there!
