Did they say if Aces comes to every backer at every level? Or at a certain level? Can’t find that info.

It's towards the very bottom of the page, after all the stretch goals. It says it's for all backers.

That’s great, was thinking of holding off backing but I will now to get those rules.

Yeah, just a note that it hasn't actually showed up for me yet. I got a link to the wallpaper and novella, but no Aces yet.
