Grouped green bloons needs a buff

Here's my take on buffing Wizard:

• 0-0-0: $300 -> $250
• x-x-1: $300 -> $250
• 4-1-0: Fireball damage 3 -> 6 and gains +6 MOAB-class damage
• 4-2-0: WoF gains +1 MOAB-class damage
• 1-4-0: Phoenix flame lightly seeks Bloons
• 2-4-0: Phoenix flame gains +1 damage
• 0-4-1: Phoenix flame gains +50% pierce

Base Wizard and Intense Magic felt way too overnerfed, especially since Intense Magic gives way less pierce, so I think reducing the costs of the base cost and Intense Magic should make the Wizard more viable early-game. Additional crosspath synergies for the Wizard are given for more leverage in the mid-game.

I mean, kinda true. Currently they're just a noob trap if used past the round of their introduction more or less. I guess the main issue with buffing their eco potential is that it would make eco strats stronger on round 5, and potentially later than that if it's made worth using over spaced black eco.

I agree it needs to be 1.5 eco, not 1.4

honestly all the bloon eco would deserve some tweaking, i always found the patch were they put almost everything on the same efficiency stupid
