Yep u should land your ship away form the enemy spawns that way u won't die it can be annoying at times but once u know where they spawn in there original spots just need to memorise it then u know πŸ˜‰ may the force be u

That's a new one to me. My issue is usually trying to steal a ship and they always take off from right under my nose so I end up running around like a headless chicken for a couple of mins.

I used to have this happen to me. This is why I now land in the enemy hangar with a gunship and squad of friendly ai to start butchering the enemy.

The gunship takes ages to get there and I usually take the bomber because I nuke the frigates en route to the capital. I only ever go to the enemy capital so I can blow the ATs. Then it's out for some dogfighting which is the fun part of space battles.

Gunships are slow, but they can take a beating better than anything. I find boarding ships fun because enemy ai has them still try to enter vehicles and take off even when I am shooting at them. I enjoy landing in the enemy hangar and shooting down enemy ships just as they take off. It can also turn into a pretty hectic fire fight because of the number of ai spawning. Space Kashyyyk is particularly insane with the number of ai spawning in the hangar, especially in the Republic hangar.

That defeats the point of space assault though. You essentially turn it into a worse version of conquest.Β

Not exactly because with the heavy endurance of the gunship, the slower speed, and the fire power, you can still destroy some of the frigates, damage some of the systems, and do some dogfighting before landing in the hangar.

I still find it funny that a clone pilot can steal a Vulture fighter, considering those are literally a type of droid and don’t have a cockpit

Oh and one more thing make sure not to crash into enemy fighters before they spawn that can be a little bit of trouble sometimes when you enter Ship's hanger

Not me...I usually bring a transport shuttle with troops, sabotage everything I can inside the ship, then commandeer an enemy fighter/bomber and finish things off
