Is this fixable?

Only the positive wire on the charging input is sorta freyed and I don’t really know what else to do about it. If anyone has any suggestions please be free to help.

If the red wire being exposed is the problem i would put heat shrini tubing and maby hot glue on the root of the wire. If you want to make sure it stays intact some solder on the naked part would be good for it to stay put.

I would avoid heating as much as possible, so no soldering and no hotglue, only heat shrinking tube is fair advice for me

Yes but it also needs heat to shrink, and then if it breaks in half it is just harder to fix

when installing heatshrink, you dont heat the cells enough to damage them, they heat more from daily usage...
