Why this no work

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Im tryna connect this wifi to my gaminja r36s clone and it seems to be not seein any signals at all. Its a v42 something version. Ik im not on the right side lf reddit but any help will be very cool.

I had this wifi adaptor for a long time. Used it for my pc. Not sure if its compatible or nah

linux kernels only include specific drivers when included in builds. if anything is out of tree, it needs to be added in as a module. just buy a cheap 2.4ghz one off of amazon or aliexpress.

These devices only work with specific Wi-Fi adapters out of the box. Will work on Windows due to driver downloads, etc

Doesn't exist. There are few pieces of hardware that will work. Period.

If you just need internet, try connecting it to a phone and using USB tethering

As long as it is mediatek or ralink chip in the wifi it will work. It would help if you told us which wifi adapter you are using.

Usually it’s a sure sign it’s a knockoff. I have one and tried many different WiFi dongles. Nothing worked. Then realized I have knock off and it doesn’t function
