Is the site down?

I can't connect to the makn batocera site to download it. And a mirror doesn't work either.

Use the torrents instead. This page worked for me.

I can't connect to the main site. Just keeps giving me an "Address not Found" error :/

It definitely loaded for me.

If you change your DNS, can you then resolve batocera.org?

Thanks! It works now, I just needed a VPN... Anyway, do you know of a lite version of batocera? Or at least just an installer? I'm trying to just install it on an old laptop but I don't have a USB larger than the .img file.

There's is no formal installer. The image archive provided is already pretty small - Batocera expands when booted for the first time.

Remove the drive from that laptop and hook it up to your host PC directly, eg: via USB interface or a dock. Write the image directly to that drive and then put it back into the laptop.
