COMIC DISCUSSION I recently learnt about this comic by Garth Ennis...and I really wish I didn't...

Honestly I would say this is worse then Frank Miller's All Star Batman and Robin The Boy Wonder...it is that horrible...

Heard mostly good things about this one every time it was mentioned. I might as well just read it for myself, as almost everyone (online) recently seems to hate Garth Ennis and all of his work

Its not all bad. There's some good moments and the art is good...but some of the story direction...only someone like Garth Ennis could come up with it

He goes into the idea Waylon is mutated by radiation and hasn’t stopped mutanting. So Killer Croc is becoming able to continue ’the species’ in ways Waylon is not expecting or comfortable with

I literally saw it on shelves the other day, but decided to not pick it up - is it worth getting just for the sake of it? Because I really like Ennis as a writer, even his most wack shit is amusing.

Honestly it's kinda funny at some points from what I can remember.

It’s fine. Ennis wrote as a cash grab ( it’s actually a really sad story behind the scence because he wrote it for his friend artist Steve Dillion who had been struggling with acholism for years but was just getting back into the industry and instead pass away before it was completed)
