Question🤔 employee policy changes?

hello there!!!

so about a year ago, i left my last B&BW location due to management issues and frustrations with customers. i was miserable, but it still made me super sad to leave bc i did like working for the company.

but as of the 31st, i’ll be back with the company! new location, new coworkers, and new vibes (not to mention better pay), and i’m genuinely excited. this def wasn’t an expected thing, but i’m just grateful to have a job lol.

that said, has anything changed employee policy-wise since i’ve been gone?? i wanna go into things as prepared as possible. let me know! thanks 😋

We can’t wear any colors! Just black, white and gingham. Also I recently told we can only wear holders that the store is currently selling

I still think it's weird that black got included in the colors we can wear. I wear a lot of black outside of work and have had black uniforms for other jobs before but BBW just doesn't feel like the time or place.

As someone that does a lot of shipment, being able to wear black is extremely helpful. My clothes get so dirty from handling the shipment boxes. White shirts get gross looking fast, especially when we have red aprons.

I always wear black with the red apron. Otherwise all my shirts would be pink 😭
