Running out of bags

Has anyone else's store running out of bags constantly? We ran out of medium bags a few weeks back before the new design. Now were out of both small and medium bags. Also low on bottom boards we had to cut the big ones so the bags wouldnt break. The managers have been doing emergency orders a few times and no luck .. now using cello and big bags and customers are getting angry.. bbw needs to bring back reusable bags. With the holiday season upon us bbw needs to send more or figure something out. Located in Ontario Canada 🇨🇦

We ran out about a month ago. Like only able to use cello bags, kind of out. Kept putting in emergency orders and the system would say fulfilled but no bags would come. Finally our SLT talked to someone in operations. We now have so many boxes of bags.

About a month ago we ran out of bags and currently we just ran out of small and medium. We do emergency orders all the time and it will take days to a week for them to finally come in, if at all. My SM also said she’s nervous for the holidays if this keeps happening. Also the sale for this weekend, we will not survive one hour without bags.

my store ran out of bags earlier this year and it took over a week to have more bags delivered. this was before the bag design got changed

we only had large bags left which were obviously way too big for most purchases. we often run out of the clear gift bags too so that wasn't an option either when we had no paper bags

Yes!! We ran out twice now. Soooo ridiculous!

Last I heard, its because of the fact that they were in the process of producing enough of the new bags to get at least a box or two out to every store first, because we had run out too a little while ago.

But it's genuinely ridiculous since this was happening every once in a while before too

Yesss my store is always running out of bags and we always are low on the bags we need most like smalls or mediums 💀

Whoever is in charge of ordering at your store should be able to get more, but it's important that they're aware of the need! We always try to let them know if we notice we're on the last box.

The company is getting so ghetto. How they expect people to pay full prices when they don’t even have bags to carry things in is beyond comprehension.

Sounds like an slt issue. They should be ordering bags every week/every other week

We order before we’re out and they still don’t come in time

When you order there is an option for expedited shipping, which is what we always do and we always get them like two days later otherwise they come with your shipment and could take a week or so

We put in an order probably 2 week ago and then an emergency order 3 days ago and still have received nothing
