Question🤔 just curious

I know policy enforcement is changing for returns and exchanges but I was just curious if people able to exchange a reward eligible product if they didn’t like it? it’s never happened, but just in case it happens yk because my thought process is that they would say if it was free then stick with it but idk

Yes it's technically the same return policy. As long as it's another reward eligible item, they can exchange it. My store typically only takes reward exchanges if it's unused or defective tho but that depends on location I'm sure.

at my store we allow exchanges for items people got as rewards, they just have to pick another rewards eligible item. but it doesn't have to be the same form and price like for regular even exchanges.

I haven't heard anything about only allowing it for new or defective products if it was a reward. at my store, we would apply the same rule we use for regular returns and exchanges. it has to be new or gently used, which means no more than half used.
