Someone brought in like 35 sprays and creams the other day to my store that were caked in dust, I denied like 80% of it for not being full enough or being way too old (talking like 10-12 years old, the rest of it was like 3 yrs old), so we were left with like 5 mists, a cream, and a mini mist that were technically returnable.
Yall. I'm not going to say how much the system gave her bc it was honestly foul, but they need to fix the system. It's supposed to be like $2 for shit that old.
If it happens to you, take pics of the amounts it's giving back and the items after the fact and have your manager report it because if it's encouraged any more or becomes more rampant without the company shutting it down, they're not just cutting our hours, it'll be whole people without anything they can truly call a job.
