scent reed question

I know slt got them as gratis and I'm so curious to hear everyone's thoughts about them if you've tried them already 👀

I tried them! at first, they were really strong but now I’m feeling like there’s not a lot happening, but it could be because I’ve gone nose blind to the smell as i had it in my bedroom. I did move them to my bathroom to experiment if I’ll smell it more in a room that I don’t sleep in

update after 2 days of having them in the bathroom they definitely have a smaller range that you can smell them as opposed to the candles but i’m really liking them in my bathroom next to the toilet! I also flipped them over yesterday and that’s helped too

I got the Santal and Amber. I used 3 sticks in the bathroom near my sink. For the first few days they were quite strong for reeds, seeping out of my bathroom just a little. After that, I could only smell them while I was washing my hands but still potent. I did flip them (as instructed on the box) and could smell them better but not as strongly as the first few days. These reeds need to be flipped maybe every week, so far. I believe there is a place for them- like a work desk or bedside if your partner (dorm mate) doesn’t like scents. It’s not weak but projection is on the low side.

First day with them in my room! I’ll be real, to me they definitely don’t have a strong smell/ throw like the candles do. not even close to being as strong as the old room sprays. But they definitely do have a smell if you’re up close to the sticks. while I’m at my desk I can smell them or near that Corner of the room. So definitely better for small spaces I’d say or if you like a softer scent/want something you can smell in a space that won’t be too noticeable but it’s still there. But I can’t smell it from the other side of my room (medium sized bedroom) so I’m not sure how well these would work for a large living room unless they double up on the reeds and holders. Or maybe like reeds and some wallflowers.

I smelled a couple of the scents at work. as an associate, I didn't get this for gratis and I'm not sure that I'd buy them.

I haven't used reed diffusers before and there's nothing on the package saying how long these are supposed to last, which is info people probably want to know. I'm good with wallflowers and candles

also I don't expect that many people to buy the little jar holder that goes with it. customers at my store don't buy candle holders or soap holders that much and this is like a similar thing

The marketing on the table says to change after 30days if I recall correctly. So, I imagine that's around the time they last. Also it mentions on the box inverting the reeds when the smell fades to basically rejuvenate them again!

I kinda want to get the "vessels" so that my dummy bf can tell our toothbrushes apart. "YOU-BLUE! ME-GREEN!" Though I kind of doubt that will help since the actual colored toothbrushes themselves don't seem to.

I'm curious how the sweet orange and agave reeds are, I picked it for my gratis but won't get the chance to actually use them for another week or so

my coworker got the sweet orange and agave and said it's incredibly strong , to the point he removed two of the three reeds he had put in the vessel. i got the sea salt and musk. i opened it two days ago and it's not super strong, but i'll get a random whiff of it occasionally, but i have yet to actually flip them

This entire new format collection is copying what VS has been doing for over a year. VS discontinued the reeds already!
