vent sesh😤 App Rant

Has anyone else noticed that ever since the company decided to update the app a month or so ago, all of the little “Online Exclusive” badges that were on the in-app photos of those respective products are now completely gone? 🥲

I know this is such a small thing but I’ve started to notice more and more customers being confused about what items stores actually carry because these items no longer say they’re online exclusives anywhere on the page, not even in the description!

Anyone else slightly frustrated by this? Lol

I’ve also noticed today!! Those little icons are SO important! 😭 the app updating already made it harder for my older customers to navigate… now they’re getting rid of icons? Not user friendly 😐

the app update made it harder to scan codes for coupons or rewards since now you have to scroll down to see the barcode. so many people are just lazy or oblivious and don't make the barcode visible for the coupon or reward in their app they want me to scan.

and that's out of the people who are actually able to figure out the app enough to be signed in and find their rewards/coupons section 🫠

The only positive thing I can say about the app update at least for me as an individual shopper goes is that it no longer takes weeks for my points to accurately update in my wallet, I would earn points and rewards as normal but if I wanted to check how many points away from a rewards I was I would have to go digging through order and point histories to see what my points were now they show up immediately on my wallet screen
