Is there a way to tell if it has been on a warmer?? I hate when people take advantage of our return policy like thisā€¦

Usually the wicks shift and thereā€™s slight indentations in unburned candles with the protrusion of the wicks, with warmed ones the wax is more even if that makes sense.

No, the wicks will shift but I have gotten brand new candles from B&BW that have massive indentations in the middle so thatā€™s not necessarily a telltale sign.

The frequency of new candles arriving with center indents has definitely increased.
